RAILCAR MOVER SERVICE AND REPAIR
Railcar mover service helps keep your yard running safely and on schedule. These machines are built to move railcars in tight spaces where traditional locomotives are not practical. Proper service and maintenance are key to keeping your equipment reliable, minimizing downtime and extending the life of your investment.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE CONTROLS OVERALL EQUIPMENT COSTS
Downtime is the single most expensive cost you have with equipment. And maintenance plans are the easiest and most cost – effective way to increase uptime. Our planned maintenance programs are always designed around how you use your forklift, specific application and budget.
TIRES IMPACT PERFORMANCE
& PRODUCTIVITY
Good tires keep your equipment working safely. Chunking, flat spots, cuts and tears all reduce productivity. Whether you need press-ons, skid steers, pneumatic solids or a specialty tire, we have an amazing selection with the durability and reliability you need.
And every September we have a big tire sale to make keeping everyone safe affordable.Â
HARNESS THE POWER OF
ACTIONABLE DATA
By implementing telematics and fleet management tools,
you better control the size of your fleet, age of your trucks, and reduce your total cost of ownership by replacing older equipment at the right time.
We help companies take a more analytic and actionable approach to vehicle management looking at usage, downtime, impacts, performance and maintenance costs so you can make strategic business decisions.

FORKLIFT SERVICE FAQ
How often should you do maintenance on a forklift?
The frequency depends on the equipment and the environment it operates in. Generally, any time your forklift is running it’s considered in use and it is recommended to have it inspected every 200- 500 hours of use. If you work in tough conditions like humidity or extreme temperatures or operate lifts with attachments, the equipment has a shorter service interval because the equipment has more wear and tear.
Are forklifts easy to maintain?
Forklifts are easy to maintain but they require routine maintenance to keep them running smoothly. Every time you use your forklift, you should check the hoses, tire pressure, seat belts, fluids and brakes to make sure they’re working properly. Keep your forklift clean by wiping off dust and debris. Going too long without maintenance could lead to expensive downtime. Maintenance plans can be customized to meet your needs and your budget.
What is the average lifespan of a forklift?
A forklift that is cared for and maintained can last anywhere from 10,000 to 50,000 hours. Give us a call today and ask about how to get the longest lifespan from your specific forklift.
How soon should repairs be made to a forklift?
Ideally, with a maintenance plan, repairs can be identified before they are an issue, but if aren’t doing regular maintenance, get your forklift repaired as soon as you notice something is wrong. If the fork and tires look worn or the check engine light is call us right away to schedule a check-up. Don’t let neglected repairs impact downtime and your bottom line.Â
