Service Team Leader

This person will be responsible for taking customer calls, efficiently dispatching service technicians and documenting the steps in the computer system - all while focusing on complete customer satisfaction.  This position is fast-paced and the Team Leader should have a mechanical aptitude, a sense of urgency, a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with both customers and coworkers.
